Hi Moonies! More details to come, but I have temporarily secured a group site at Wilderness Adventure at Eagle Landing (https://www.wilderness-adventure.com/). Through communication with the site, I have estimated about 25-50 VW Buses to share an area labeled as "The Meadow". There are many hiking/biking trails, canoe/tube rentals, disc golf, ropes course, zip line and ways to cool off in Craig Creek. There is a two week temporary hold on the group site (estimated at $1,050 + tax for the entire weekend). A concrete floor pavilion is also on-site for an additional fee of $200 (half-day) or $350 (full-day). A second pavilion is also available (dirt floor) in an overflow camping area called the Wall Field (additional $350/night) so long as we get confirmation on # of camping units. I have 2 weeks (Feb 21) to provide a 30% deposit for The Meadow (roughly $315), so I'm asking for those on-board for this to help me secure the location. The remainder of the balance (and if we want Pavilion and overflow area) is due on May 26, 2023. I can accept PayPal, Venmo and Zelle. I will keep a record of your payment and if it ends up costing less per camping unit, I will reimburse you. PM me for details and/or questions!
