Watkins Glen International Racetrack located near Watkins Glen NY is inviting the VW family to camp and participate in the US Vintage Grand Prix held the weekend after Labor Day.  It will be September 8-9-10 this year.  It is in conjunction with the US Vintage Grand Prix weekend, so lots of car events and lots of cool old cars.

We will get to drive our VWs (any VWs) on the Glen racetrack on Saturday night after all the SVRA races are done.

Westies at Watkins has been an annual event since 2002 with various camping locations and facilities. We are camping this year on the WGI Racetrack campgrounds.  We are within Camp Area C on the track.  We can have two vehicles per site and can have small fires.  There are toilets and showers available as well as water.

2023 admission $45 for each adult for the weekend.

2023 camping s $103 per campsite for the weekend.

It is in Watkins Glen, New York, a bit north for most moonies, but a fun road trip.
