No Busses on the River this year.

Sorry to be so late getting this out, I finally got the final word last week from USA rafts on the Noilichucky that they will not be able to have us back just yet. I was really hoping it would work out but the devastation from Hellene was intense. I took a tour of the campground and facilities with Tom Ward a few weeks ago and the change to the landscape is incredible. Tom has really worked on the place and the improvements will be fantastic. The large spring and pond along the river are not just damaged, they are now gone, so a well has been installed but testing for public use has not been completed. The septic system has not been approved for use.

The place we used last year in South Carolina was great, but since people like the option to stay a few days, a place with bathrooms and running water is really a must. 

This is all sad but we have tried to find a suitable location, and nothing worked out.

Next year! Same Bussin” time same Bussin’ place!
