I'd been hoping things might change, but the coronavirus epidemic has closed all campgrounds in Virginia to short term stays through June 10 by order of the Governor. State and Federal campgrounds had mostly closed previously, but with this new news we will likely be canceling the event this year.
I will post here if something changes. I am looking into the logistics of a "virtual campout", as many meetings and events are being held online these days. I will post info about that here as well.
