Okay, so I have one apartment in a flat complex of eight, with excessive humidity. Condensate on the windows, pooling on the sills. Central heat\ac. Filter is clean and dry. No washer \ dryer in this unit (last time was a disconnected exhaust line). Low water pressure in comparison to other units. Crawlspace is dry. Only weirdness is tenant has a cat.
Any ideas?
