I have 2 "Westys", same year, same color scheme, 1 full camper and a weekender.
I am selling the weekender for $6000

or use as downpayment on a VWsynchro-camper (4x4).

I originally bought the weekender for parts for my camper, but then it kept running so well after i gave it new cylinder heads, new steering fluid pump, shocks.....

I'm excited to see them. Haven't seen another VW here in some time. 'Course that could be because I can't see the road from my easy chair.

He also has a brown/tan '84 Wolfsburg Westy, so if you see that one also, then it's probably him.

I saw that bus for sale on fleabay a while back. I think it came from Maryland. If it is the same one, I have some pics of it at a local show a few years back.

I think that vanagon lives in or around North Myrtle Beach, SC. I have only seen it once, but people at work keep telling me they have seen it, and asking if it is one of mine. Just because I have 6 VWs, they think every one they see must belong to me...lol

Since I moved to Emmaus, I have seen more buses than ever. Seems to be a plethora of them around here. Several Vanagon westys and even a few bays here and there.

I think that's the one I saw at HCBF about 6 years back, older guy (older than me) camped in one of the sites away from the center field.

Spotted a white vanagon westie camping at Hunting Island Thanksgiving, at least that's where they were heading, saw it on the way in and coming back out. Was in the wife's truck both times.

I really believe Santa Barbara has more busses than any other city that size. When I was out there a couple of years ago I must have seen more than 10 per day. I got tired of counting them. It was pretty crazy.

It must be spring. I was a late bay westy, a late bay tin top, and a late vanagon westy last weekend. I'm pretty sure I've never seen any of them them around here (Wilmington, NC) before.
