Yep 13 turns is ok. Putting back by number of turns is just a general guide to get it close assuming it was aligned correctly before you started.

what do you know about tie rods it said put back on with same # of turns as taken off took off in 12 turns but takes 13 to put back on the locking nut is in same spot at the 13 turns is this ok need to know now

Howdy. I need a carb float for a 30/31 pict carb. Also if anyone can beat $48.00 shipped for a compu-fire points replacement let me know, that's the best deal on Samba and I need to order one in the next couple days...

Dont get one of those empi knock offs. I had one that worked for a half hour then crapped out. It then took me a week to get my money back

yeah, I've heard that. I went ahead and ordered the compufire, still waiting to hear back from a couple folks on the carb floats, so I still need one of those...
